HOW DO I MAKE USE OF MY BENEFITS?

Maximising your benefits by using your Premier Hotels and Resorts Royalty Club membership card is simple. When calling our Central reservations on 086 111 5555, kindly mention that you are a Premier Hotels and Resorts Royalty Club member and provide your membership number, which can be found on the card directly above your name.

For Premier Hotels and Resorts Royalty Club members booking through a travel agency, please advise your agent of your membership to our loyalty program, and request that they provide your membership details with every booking made.

Should you arrive at one of our hotels without a reservation, you can still utilise your benefits by merely handing your Premier Hotels and Resorts Royalty Club Card to the Receptionist upon check-in.
